Section 32
Notice of lien on the purchase price
If any person registers a notice of lien on the purchase price of such goods within five days of delivery of the goods by the mortgagor, the rights of the purchaser, lessee or lien holder created on such goods between the time the lien was attached and the notice was registered. Such mortgage rights will have priority.
